3. Data collection when visiting the website
Server log files
When accessing our website, the hosting provider IONOS SE automatically stores information in so-called server log files. This includes:
- IP address of the requesting device (anonymized)

- Name and URL of the retrieved file
- Website from which access originates (referrer URL)
- Browser used and, if applicable, operating system
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation of the website). The data is deleted after a maximum of 7 days.

When joining as a member or making a donation, we collect the following personal data:

- Bank details (for direct debit or transfer)
Processing is carried out for membership management and donation processing. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, in the case of donation receipts, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation). Tax-relevant data is stored in accordance with applicable retention periods (10 years).
6. Data sharing
Your personal data will only be shared with third parties if:
- you have given explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
- this is necessary for contract performance (e.g. transfer to payment providers),
- there is a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Our hosting provider IONOS SE processes data on our behalf based on a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
